Today, I noticed that the entire backyard is covered in teeny little purple and white flowers that bloom about this time every year. It’s always a welcomed thing because it means that Spring is right around the corner. While the older ones were busy and Carah was napping, I grabbed Isa to take a few pictures of the little beauties:

That one was about as far as I got though, before ‘someone else’ noticed what was all around her:

And then, in true Isabella form, she thought she ought to check out the nutritional value.

She deemed it fabulous, I suspect, for here she is saying “mmmmmmmmm”

I swear, this baby is part goat.

Not only is this baby just beautiful, in true Westie fashion, but I literally tear up as I look at her sweet, precious face and remember how she is a living, breathing testament to God’s faithfulness. All children are, of course, but she is special to me as I am thankful God allowed me to be a sojourner on that path with you. What a beautiful “stone of remembrance” (Joshua 4)! Love you much!
